Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
Improve existing designs based on user feedback and analytics
Deliver design assets within agreed timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Good to Have
Experience working with developers and handing off design assets
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
Experience with design systems and component libraries
