About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior UI/UX Designer

with strong expertise in creating

intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging designs

for our fintech products (web and mobile). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of

design systems, usability principles, wireframing, and prototyping

, along with hands-on experience in fintech or product-heavy environments.

This role requires someone who can

collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

, while leading design discussions and ensuring a seamless user journey across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end design process

from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final delivery. Create and maintain

design systems, UI kits, and style guides

for consistency across platforms. Conduct

user research and usability testing

to validate design decisions. Collaborate with developers to ensure

design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation

. Translate complex fintech workflows (payouts, collections, dashboards, onboarding) into

simple and intuitive user flows

. Stay updated with

UI/UX trends, fintech best practices, and accessibility guidelines

.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience

as a UI/UX Designer (web & mobile). Proficiency in

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

. Strong portfolio showcasing

UI/UX design projects

(preferably fintech, SaaS, or product platforms). Solid understanding of

design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design

. Ability to translate

business requirements into engaging user experiences

. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
