About the Role

UpCodo Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

who is highly skilled in

Figma

and passionate about crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design user-centered web and mobile interfaces that solve real problems and elevate the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

Create modern, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for

web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and SaaS platforms

Produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using

Figma

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth design handoff and accurate implementation Conduct user research, analyze requirements, and translate insights into functional design solutions Develop and maintain

design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components

Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital products Improve existing designs through user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

2-6 years of experience as a

UI/UX Designer

with a strong portfolio Expert-level proficiency in

Figma

(Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, etc.) Strong understanding of

UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Experience designing for

mobile (Android/iOS)

and

web applications

Ability to turn complex concepts into simple, elegant, and functional designs Good understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles Experience with usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and research Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop Experience creating design systems for large-scale applications Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration Creative thinking and problem-solving approach
