Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer

with 3-5 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong balance of

user research, interaction design, and visual design

, and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesUX Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions Improve product usability based on analytics, user feedback, and best practices Ensure consistency in user experience across platforms
UI Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and style guides Ensure responsive and accessible designs for multiple devices Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Strong understanding of

UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing Knowledge of

responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong communication and presentation skills
Good-to-Have:

Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks

Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or consumer products
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
