Billcut is looking for a creative and user-centric
UI/UX Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will design seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to shape user experiences that align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct user research and translate insights into user-focused designs
Create clean, modern UI designs aligned with Billcut's brand identity
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Maintain and enhance design systems and UI standards
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff processes
Familiarity with user research and usability testing tools

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
