Role Overview:

We are looking for an innovative

UI/UX Designer

to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and visually stunning user experiences across both

mobile applications

and

websites

. You must be an expert in

Figma

, using it as your primary playground to build intuitive, high-fidelity designs. Crucially, we are looking for a forward-thinking designer who is proficient with

modern AI tools

(such as Midjourney, Relume, Uizard, or Figma AI plugins) to accelerate workflows, generate assets, and innovate design processes. You will collaborate closely with our tech team and clients to turn conceptual ideas into polished, high-performing digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex product requirements and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly designs for mobile and web applications. Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Figma

. Design visually stunning, responsive, and conversion-optimized landing pages and marketing websites. Develop and maintain a comprehensive

design system

and style guide to ensure visual consistency across all the projects and brand assets. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, back-end, and front-end engineers to ensure seamless design implementation and a cohesive user experience. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and A/B testing results. Champion a user-centered design culture within the company.
What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of professional experience

as a UI/UX Designer. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in

Mobile App

and

Website

UI design.

(Portfolio is mandatory)

.

Expert proficiency in Figma

is a must.

Familiarity with Generative AI tools

for design (e.g., image generation, layout acceleration, or AI-driven prototyping). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. Proven ability to design responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO). Ability to translate complex functionalities into simple and intuitive user interfaces. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your design decisions and collaborate effectively with a technical team.
