Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and a creative approach to designing engaging, user-friendly web portals, CRM dashboards, and digital brochures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience translating business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype web portals, CRM dashboards, and e-brochures using Figma (Advanced Level). Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups for responsive web applications. Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and user interfaces. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to optimize design decisions. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Advanced prototyping, components, and autolayout). Strong experience in Web Portal and CRM Dashboard Design. Experience in E-brochure and Marketing Collateral Design. Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
