Job Title:

UI/UX Designer (2-4 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms. A strong sense of aesthetics, a user-first mindset, and logical thinking are crucial for this role. Experience in gaming or interactive media is a bonus and highly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate user requirements and business needs into wireframes, mockups, and visual designs. Design intuitive interfaces and delightful experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve designs. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Create user flows, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate ideas clearly. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain design system components. Apply logical thinking to solve UX challenges with practical, user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design practices. Ability to think analytically and approach design with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional UI/UX work across different platforms.

Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
