Key Responsibilities:

Design conversion-optimized UI/UX for ecommerce platforms and business websites Create compelling landing pages that maximize lead generation and sales Develop wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize performance Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with campaign goals Build and maintain consistent design systems across client projects Present design concepts and rationale to clients with confidence

Requirements:

2-3 years

of UI/UX design experience with ecommerce/business focus

Strong portfolio

showcasing website and landing page designs

Delhi NCR location

- Ready for full-time on-site collaboration Expertise in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, and design thinking Understanding of

conversion optimization

and user psychology Experience designing for

multiple industries

and target audiences Excellent communication skills for client presentations
