As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will lead the design and development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create compelling and user-centered designs that meet business objectives and user needs. Your expertise will help shape the user experience of our products and ensure a seamless and delightful interaction for our users.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and address user needs effectively.
Define and organise the structure of information within products or services. Develop intuitive navigation schemes, categorization systems, and clear labelling to enhance user experience.
Partner with stakeholders, including product managers and executives, to shape the UX strategy and objectives for projects. Ensure alignment between design solutions and business goals.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts and solutions. Utilise storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to represent design ideas clearly.
Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
Identify and address usability and responsiveness challenges. Conduct usability evaluations and heuristic reviews to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of user interfaces.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement user-centric solutions and drive project success.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and demonstrating your ability to solve complex design problems.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, InVision.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is needed.
