About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform concepts into engaging designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Maintain consistency in design language, branding, and user experience across platforms.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development basics (a plus).

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
