About the Role:

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team, responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our websites. You'll work closely with our development team to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality, user-centered UI/UX solutions for websites

2. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

4. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, marketing)

6. Communicate design decisions and solutions effectively

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design

2. Portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions

3. Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

5. Excellent visual design and interaction design skills

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

2. Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines

3. Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods
