We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic

UI/UX Designer + UI Developer

who can efficiently design user-friendly interfaces and convert them into functional front-end code. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

Figma

,

HTML

,

CSS

, and

JavaScript

, with a basic understanding of

React

or any modern frontend framework.

This hybrid role requires both

design thinking

and

development skills

for end-to-end UI execution.

UI/UX Design Responsibilities

Conduct basic user research to understand requirements Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Design web and mobile interfaces using Figma Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability Collaborate with developers to handover designs

Front-End Development Responsibilities

Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages Develop front-end features using

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Build UI components using

React

(preferred) Collaborate with backend developers for API integration Test & debug UI for cross-browser compatibility issues Optimize UI for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness Maintain Git/GitHub versioning for development tasks

Required Technical Skills

UI/UX Design Skills

Proficiency in

Figma

(must) Knowledge of UI design principles--spacing, typography, colors Understanding of UX process and user-centered design Ability to create clean, modern layouts Knowledge of responsive design Understanding of design systems and components

Front-End Development Skills

Strong

HTML5

,

CSS3

,

JavaScript (ES6)

Good understanding of responsive layouts (Flexbox, Grid) Basic experience with

React

(components, props, hooks) Familiarity with Git & GitHub

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field Certification in UI/UX Design or Frontend Development is a plus

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
