As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are both functional and delightful to use.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Strong portfolio of design projects. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.). Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in responsive and adaptive design. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Experience with user research and usability testing.

Pay: ₹9,047.27 - ₹24,577.07 per month
