Job Description

Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development:

Design and develop visually stunning, responsive websites that align with client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with the development team to implement design concepts into functional websites.

Graphic Design:

Create engaging graphics, banners, and other visual elements for websites. Design eye-catching social media posts to enhance online presence.

Tool Proficiency:

Utilize design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe XD to create high-quality visuals. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:

Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience through thoughtful UX/UI design. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in web design. Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects. Solid understanding of UX/UI principles. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,543.76 - ₹35,000.00 per month
