Area of operations Hyderabad / Gurgaon/Chandigarh

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for digital products, from concept to implementation.

2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.

3. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

4. Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating insights into design solutions.

7. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

8. Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, maintaining a balance between design vision and technical feasibility.

9. Participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

10. Establish and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.

11. Maintain documentation as per CMMi L5 DEV requirements

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful and innovative design work.

2. Preferable development experience for Education and Healthcare domains

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

6. In-depth knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

7. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

9. Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.

10. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and meticulous attention to detail. 11. Team management

13. Knowledge of global standards and best practices in development

Desired Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field Experience Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
