Key Responsibilities
Understand project requirements, user behavior, and business goals
Design user-centered UI/UX solutions for websites, web apps, and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams
Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms
Improve existing designs based on feedback and analytics
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Prepare design assets and specifications for development handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
