Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Proven track record creating digital assets such as UI design, email campaigns, landing pages, banner ads, Branding and promotional pages for an ecommerce website
• Experience in creating HTML-designed pages, maintaining best-practices
• Maintaining target dates for all deliverables
• Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Assist in the development and maintenance of site style guides
• Creating, maintaining and promoting brand and design consistency across all projects
• Translating user and/or business goals into user-friendly and creative web experiences

* Preferred * video editing, photography, promotion

• Proactively organize work-flow, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly growing

Environment.
Requirements /Qualifications:

• Prefer to have a Degree in Design
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Solid understanding of web design techniques and knowledge of Internet production best practices
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering team to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements
• Deliver high quality designs within specified timeframes
• Strong design skills with demonstrated experience designing visual interfaces for consumers on the Internet
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, Dreamweaver
• Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in Graphic Design

Skill Set:

• HTML & CSS required

• Video editing using Camtasia and photography preferred
