We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of experience in designing intuitive and scalable digital experiences for B2B SaaS and AI-driven platforms. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex product requirements into user-friendly, modern designs.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and data scientists to deliver elegant and impactful user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile-based B2B SaaS and AI products.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
Conduct user research, create personas, customer journeys, and information architecture.
Design intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (low to high fidelity).
Translate complex data and AI insights into user-friendly dashboards and workflows.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS and/or AI platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and pixel-perfect execution.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Miro, etc.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven product interfaces is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in client-facing interactions.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user psychology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced product teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields.
Experience in enterprise SaaS platforms, fintech, or healthtech is a plus.
Exposure to front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus but not mandatory.
