UI/UX Designer (Level-Assistant Manager)
Location-Bengaluru, Karnataka
Work Mode - Work from office (Full time)
The UI/UX Designer will enhance digital experiences through research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, collaborating with teams to deliver intuitive and consistent solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to derive actionable insights.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets for products, websites, and mobile apps.
Collaborate with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to validate and iterate designs.
Maintain design systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
Manage workflows, documentation, and vendor coordination for design deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in design, technology, fine arts or equivalent.
Certifications in Usability Analysis- CUA (Highly Preferred).
4-8 years' experience in UI/UX design across platforms.
Strong portfolio with proven expertise in design thinking and advanced tools.
Excellent Communication Skills.
