Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, user-focused

UI/UX Designer - AI-Enabled Experience Design

to craft intuitive and scalable experiences for web and mobile applications. The role leverages AI to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration, while relying on strong UX judgment and human-centered design to drive final decisions.

You will work closely with product managers, developers to translate complex requirements into clean, usable, and impactful interfaces across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, pain points, and usability challenges across web and mobile platforms Translate research insights into personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Design clean, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces for web apps and mobile apps (iOS & Android)

AI is used to augment and accelerate design workflows

, not to replace core design thinking or human creativity

Figma Make

is a core design tool and will be used regularly in day-to-day production work Strong writing skills are required to translate product intent into clear prompts, instructions, and design inputs The role prioritizes rapid iteration and continuous refinement over pixel-perfect first drafts Strong UX judgment and human reasoning are essential to evaluate, adapt, and improve AI-generated design outputs A learning and experimentation mindset is critical as tools, workflows, and design practices continue to evolve

Required Experience & Skills:

2-6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or experience design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes Proven experience designing

both web applications and mobile applications

Advanced proficiency in

Figma

, including

Figma Make

, components, auto-layouts, and prototyping Hands-on experience using

Generative AI tools

for ideation, rapid prototyping, content generation, and design productivity Strong writing and communication skills to translate product intent into effective prompts and design documentation Solid foundation in

User-Centered Design (UCD),

design thinking, and usability principles Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy Experience with responsive and adaptive design systems Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Familiarity with interaction design, micro-interactions, motion, and animation fundamentals Excellent collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
