Job Overview:

Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and detail-focused

UI/UX Designer

with 3-6 months of experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in

Figma

and a strong understanding of modern design principles for web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design clean, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices to enhance usability Maintain design consistency with layouts, visuals, spacing, and typography Work on responsive and mobile-first design concepts Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Requirements:

Mandatory hands-on experience with

Figma

Basic knowledge of Adobe XD or similar tools (added advantage) Understanding of UI fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles Basic understanding of HTML and CSS ( mandatory) Portfolio showcasing design capabilities is required
