Role Description
This is a part-time, online and two weeks onsite role based in Pune for a UI/UX Trainer. The UI/UX Trainer will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate participants on UX design principles, user interface design, and industry-standard tools. Responsibilities include creating training materials, mentoring participants, assessing their progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skillsets. The trainer will collaborate with team members to ensure impactful knowledge transfer and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Expertise in UI/UX design principles and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
Strong instructional skills, including the ability to design training programs and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping processes.
Experience working with or teaching individuals, preferably with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to inspire and mentor learners to succeed in the UI/UX domain.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
