Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with senior designers and developers to implement design solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design iterations. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). Support the design team in creating user flows, journey maps, and other UX deliverables. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

Skills and Qualification:

Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies. Portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Preferred Experience:

Graduation or Masters in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field Or, Completed relevant design courses or certifications (e.g., UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, etc.). Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in UI/UX Designing.
