Internship Duration:

6 Months

(Only candidates who will be available to join on a full-time basis after completing a 6-month internship will be preferred.)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Design Intern to join our growing team. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the design process, contributing to the user experience of our products and services. You will work closely with our developers and product managers to understand user needs, conduct research, and create innovative and user-centered designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team to create user-friendly interfaces. Create and maintain design documentation and style guides. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Analyse user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project goals. Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for various digital products (e.g., websites, mobile apps, web applications). Assist with other design-related tasks as needed. Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in design (e.g., Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies. Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects (academic or personal). Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
