We are seeking a creative Graphic & UI/UX Designer to craft modern, engaging designs for websites, social media, and web applications. The role involves turning concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality and brand consistency.
Role & Responsibilities
Design digital assets - banners, social posts, landing pages, and UI screens.
Translate ideas and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive designs.
Build and maintain design systems, prototypes, and visual libraries.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams for seamless execution.
Ensure brand consistency, visual appeal, and usability in all deliverables.
Incorporate feedback and continuously improve design quality.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must Have:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and responsive design.
Ability to create prototypes and prepare developer-ready assets.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Nice to Have:
Basic motion design (After Effects, Lottie) or HTML/CSS knowledge.
Understanding of accessibility and user experience principles.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or related field.
0-2 years of experience (internships/freelance/academic projects accepted).
Portfolio link (Behance/Dribbble/GitHub) required.
