About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
No coding (HTML/CSS) is required
--we're looking for someone who can bring strong design thinking, research, and prototyping skills to the table.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-leading tools--
with a strong emphasis on Figma
. Experience with
Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
is also valuable
Translate complex user needs and business goals into clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and functionality
Design and document user flows, personas, and journey maps to clearly articulate the end-to-end user experience
Iterate on design solutions based on stakeholder feedback, usability insights, and data analytics
Maintain visual and functional consistency by contributing to and following established
design systems
and
component libraries
within Figma.
Preferred (but not required)
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development
Basic understanding of front-end development (not required)
