We are seeking a passionate UI/UX & Graphic Designer to help us craft engaging digital experiences that inspire trust and drive impact among families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile platforms Create impactful graphics for social media, branding, presentations, and program materials Translate user research and feedback into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design consistency across platforms Apply design principles, colour theory, and typography effectively in all visual outputs Maintain and evolve our visual identity in alignment with the brand's mission and tone

Requirements:

Strong foundation in graphic design and UI/UX principles with a solid portfolio Proficiency in design tools:

Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Understanding of the complete design process from research to delivery Sound knowledge of

colour theory, typography

, layout, and visual hierarchy Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics Ability to take feedback positively and iterate efficiently

Good to Have:

Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) Skills in motion graphics and animation Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards Interest in domains such as child development, education, or behavioral science
