Job Information

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Creative Designer who can work across digital design, UI/UX, and AI-based creative work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing marketing creatives, website layouts, landing pages, short videos, and visually appealing digital assets. You must have hands-on experience using AI tools for design enhancement and should be able to manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:


Create high-quality digital creatives including banners, social media posts, carousels, infographics, emailers, newsletters, thumbnails, ads, and marketing visuals.
Design brand-aligned assets for digital campaigns in coordination with the Digital Marketing and Corporate Communication teams.
Produce engaging reels, GIFs, short videos, transitions, and basic motion graphics as needed.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.
Design clean and user-friendly UI layouts for web pages, landing pages, dashboards, and microsites.
Create wireframes, basic prototypes, and visual mockups in Figma/Adobe XD.

Support development teams with proper design guidelines, spacing, components, and assets.
Ensure a strong understanding of user flow, visual hierarchy, spacing, and usability while designing UI screens.
Work on improving existing pages by suggesting modern UI enhancements and maintaining consistency in UX patterns.
Use AI tools like Mid journey, Firefly, Figma AI, Canva AI, Runway, Leonardo, Veed, Pika, OpusClip, etc.,
Stay updated with new design trends, UI/UX standards, AI tools, and digital formats.

Skills & Abilities

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication (BFA preferred). 5+ years of experience in Creative Design + UI/UX Design. Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into clean designs. Good communication and time-management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Canva Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, VN AI Tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, Figma AI, Leonardo, etc.

Strong creativity and visual storytelling
