We are looking for a Junior UiPath Consultant with foundational RPA development skills to support the design and development of automation workflows. The role involves working with senior developers, understanding business processes, coding UiPath workflows, and contributing to documentation and testing. This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow their expertise in UiPath and automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath under the guidance of senior developers.
Assist in analyzing business processes and preparing required documentation (PDD/SDD).
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing for deployed automations.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in workflows, data extraction, and orchestrator configurations.
Work with UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, queue management, and asset configuration.
Collaborate with SMEs and team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automations.
Ensure adherence to UiPath best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to existing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
Basic understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, workflows, and selectors.
Familiarity with REST APIs, data extraction, and basic integrations is preferred.
Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, Python, or scripting languages is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Preferred Skills:
UiPath RPA Associate or UiPath Advanced Developer certification (or in progress).
Exposure to SQL, OCR tools, or document processing engines.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
