Job Title: UI/UX Designer - Web Design, AI-Assisted Creative & Marketing Content

About the Role-

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer who can design beautiful, intuitive, and high-impact digital experiences.

This role requires someone who understands website flow, user journeys, and can create complete storyboards, screen flows, and design systems.

Along with UI/UX, the designer should also be capable of producing marketing materials, presentations, PDFs, product showcases, and should be comfortable using AI design tools + Photoshop to generate high-quality visual content.

Both freshers and experienced designers are welcome -- creativity and skill matter more than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities-

1. UI/UX Design for Web & React Front-Ends

Create UI/UX designs for websites, portals, dashboards, and React-based front ends. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens. Collaborate with developers to ensure clear handoff and pixel-perfect implementation. Understand platform flows deeply and create intuitive navigation structures.
2. Creative & Marketing Material Design

Design banners, social media creatives, product visuals, marketing posters, brand kits, etc. Create high-quality presentations, PDFs, brochures, portfolios using AI and design tools. Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all materials.
3. Storyboarding & Experience Mapping

Build storyboards, journey maps, and conceptual flows for new features and portals. Translate business or product ideas into structured visual mockups. Present ideas clearly using sketches, diagrams, and conceptual layouts.
4. AI-Assisted Design Workflows

Use AI tools such as: Mid journey / DALLE Figma AI features Photoshop AI Canva AI Generate, refine, and enhance design concepts using AI.
5. Design Systems & Multi-Level Interfaces

Create design components, reusable layouts, typography & color systems. Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for complex SaaS platforms. Work on multi-level screens such as: Dashboards Admin panels User portals Customer-facing pages
6. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams. Take ideas, convert them into visually understandable UI/UX concepts. Provide clear documentation and design rationales.

Required Skills-

Design Skills

UI/UX design for web & mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools. Wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation. Strong sense of typography, color, spacing, and layout.
Technical & Creative Skills

Understanding of React front-end layout principles (not coding -- design alignment). Familiarity with AI tools for design generation and asset creation. Ability to create marketing visuals and branded templates. Comfortable designing multi-screen dashboards and portal flows.
Soft Skills

Creativity with problem-solving mindset. Good communication and ability to explain design decisions. Attention to detail and willingness to iterate. Ability to work with minimal brief and convert ideas into visuals.

Experience Level-

Freshers, mid-level designers, and experienced designers are all welcome. Portfolio (even academic or sample projects) is required.

Nice-to-Have-

Basic understanding of UX research and testing. Experience creating animations/micro-interactions (Lottie, After Effects). Knowledge of branding and identity systems.
