Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse feedback to improve overall user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and consistent branding standards.
Translate complex processes into simplistic and visually attractive layouts.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Review and enhance digital assets for better performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar.
Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web accessibility standards.
Strong knowledge of user-centred design methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
