Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Developer with front-end development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong design background but also possess the technical ability to implement designs into functional web interfaces. You will be responsible for designing the user interface (UI) for various projects while ensuring an optimal user experience (UX), creating high-fidelity and low-fidelity prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure design integrity throughout the development process. Proficiency in React and React Native is essential for implementing dynamic user experiences.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Design and implement user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure the UI/UX design meets business objectives and technical constraints. Convert design mockups into functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. Ensuring that designs are implemented with high fidelity and responsive performance across various devices. Create and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure brand alignment. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Analyze and interpret data from user feedback and usability tests to iterate on designs for better performance. Adequate experience in

UI/UX design

and front-end development (portfolio required). Experience with prototyping tools such as

InVision, Axure

, or similar. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques. To covert Strong front-end development skills in React , React-Native, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like

Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

, or similar for responsive design. Familiarity with version control tools

(Git).

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience designing and developing for both web and mobile platforms. Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization. Knowledge of design systems and how to maintain them.
