We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to ongoing enhance our Lending Software for best user experience in the banking industries.UI/UX Designer responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. Candidate should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Candidate should also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applicationsRequirements

At least 5+ years Professional Experience as an interactive designer / user experience designer, designing user facing applications Bachelor's degree in relevant field Strong visual portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing an application experience. Experience in Lending domain will be added advantage. Experience with web and mobile design (iOS and/or Android) Should possess a strong sense of aesthetics to create a high-class visual language for the applications. The ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes, mock-ups, or visual comps in an iterative environment. Proficiency with web standards and accessibility compliance. Fair Understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies will be added advantage Experience assisting user research or usability studies is a plus Candidate Detail oriented, Critical thinker, Problem solver and customer-centered Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

Past Work Experience

5+ years Professional Experience as an interactive designer / user experience designer, designing user facing applications

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Key Performance Indicators

Key Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?840,000.00 per year
