About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting seamless, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences for our users. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring user-centered designs to life, ensuring high usability and aesthetic value.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Design UI elements such as navigation menus, widgets, and other interactive components Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides Stay up to date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills for web and mobile platforms Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus Understanding of responsive design principles Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Background in graphic design, branding, or motion design Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG)
