About the Role:

Kukami is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can turn ordinary ideas into exceptional digital experiences. If you understand users, love clean visual design, and can defend good typography choices (yes, Comic Sans is a crime), this role is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities

? Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.

? Translate business requirements into engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

? Work in Figma to craft high-fidelity screens, design systems, and interactive prototypes.

? Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless, pixel-perfect implementation.

? Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.

? Contribute to branding, graphic design, and video editing tasks when needed.

? Ensure consistency across all products through thoughtful design patterns and guidelines.

? Deliver user-centered solutions that are both delightful for users and practical for developers.

Requirements

? 3-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

? Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems).

? Experience in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

? Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).

? Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

? Ability to balance creativity with usability and practicality.

? Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly.

? A portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX work (mandatory).

Nice to Have

? Experience collaborating with agile development teams.

? Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation.

? Familiarity with usability testing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
