UI UX Designer


3 - 4 years Ahmedabad

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative

UI/UX Designer

with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn ideas and user needs into functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications Translate business requirements and user research into design solutions Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders Iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design across platforms Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Solid understanding of

user-centred design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards

Experience conducting

user research, interviews, and usability testing

Good communication and collaboration skills Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
