We are looking for a talented and experienced
UI & UX Designer (Female)
with a minimum of
3+ years of experience
in UI design, UX design, and graphic design. The ideal candidate must have a strong creative mindset, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and a portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct UX research, develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Develop compelling graphics, icons, illustrations, and design assets that align with brand guidelines.
Convert complex ideas into intuitive and functional user interfaces.
Maintain consistent design standards and ensure high-quality output across all digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
Present design concepts and deliverables clearly to clients and internal teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years of experience
as a UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills.
Expertise in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of
UI design principles, UX methodologies, usability guidelines, and responsive design
.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, color theory, layout, and typography.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

Kolkata
or those willing to relocate to Salt Lake Sector V preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Salary:
