About O-HIVE

O-HIVE is an AI-powered company-operating platform that enables a single person to manage an entire organization through automation, intelligent workflows, and real-time decision support. We are building a new category of "AI-First Operations," integrating 3D, robotics, and enterprise data for fully automated business management.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can transform complex AI interactions into simple, intuitive, and beautiful user experiences.

Responsibilities1. Product Design & UX Architecture

Lead end-to-end design for O-HIVE: research ? wireframes ? prototypes ? final UI Design user flows for AI-driven automation (task orchestration, dashboards, agent control) Create scalable design systems with consistent components, icons, and interaction patterns Conduct usability testing and iterate based on analytics, feedback, and product KPIs Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and full-stack developers

2. UI Development & Visual Design

Deliver high-fidelity screens optimized for both web and mobile Develop polished UI with a modern, minimal, enterprise look (AI SaaS standard) Apply motion design or micro-interactions for better engagement Ensure responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect execution

3. Research & Innovation

Benchmark global AI SaaS products (Notion, Linear, ReTool, ClickUp, OpenAI ChatGPT) Explore multimodal UI for AI agents, voice interaction, and real-time automation Continuously improve UX for complex workflows like project automation, task scheduling, data ingestion

Required Skills

3+ years experience in UI/UX design (SaaS or enterprise products preferred) Strong proficiency in

Figma

, prototyping tools, and design systems Ability to convert abstract AI concepts into intuitive interfaces Experience designing dashboards, workflow tools, or automation platforms Understanding of typography, layout, spacing, color theory Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI products or agent-based design Knowledge of B2B or enterprise UX patterns Familiarity with motion design (Lottie, After Effects, Protopie) Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/React) Experience working in fast-paced startups with rapid iteration cycles Ability to lead UX strategy and define long-term visual direction
