Position: UI/UX Designer

: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs that enhance our digital products usability and aesthetics. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our customers digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user requirements.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and applications.

Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative design improvements.

Ensure consistent design language and branding across all touchpoints.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.

Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
