Position: UI/UX Design Intern

Location: Onsite Pune Office

Duration: 6 months internship

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern with strong proficiency in Figma to join our design team. The intern will assist in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand project requirements.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI components.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

Ensure designs are consistent, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Prepare and deliver design assets for development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, components, auto-layout, design systems).

Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Miro, or similar (for collaboration & brainstorming).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks.

Previous experience in a design internship or freelance projects.
