Job Description

Primary responsibility to oversee UI development of Mouser's internal platforms and systems, request and deliverables. Ability to lead and manage projects and teams with little or limited involvement of other senior managers; liaising with project managers and the business. Professional experience in reading, designing, developing, and troubleshooting software in languages such as: JavaScript libraries/frameworks like NodeJS, jQuery, React JS, Vue Js, Angular. Full stack development preferably. Experience with State Management Libraries like React Tracked, Redux. Extensive knowledge of programming languages, data structures, algorithms and software development patterns. Leads in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new support or development-based initiatives. Has the ability to understand and analyze business needs and requirements. Possesses knowledge of aspects of computer technology outside of software development, including hardware, networking, operating systems, and database management systems. Leads in troubleshooting and problem solving production issues or during post-production implementations while providing root cause analysis and resolution. Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success as a team leader. Experience working in a globally dispersed team. Bachelor's Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will supervise. Including Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position.
