Location: Bangalore (Onsite - 5 Days a Week)

Mode : 6 month contract + ext.

We are seeking an experienced

UI Lead

with strong hands-on expertise in

React.js and Next.js

to build high-quality, scalable web applications. This role combines

technical leadership

with

hands-on development

, working closely with

UX, Product, and Backend teams

to deliver exceptional user experiences.

frontend architecture

, guide a team of UI developers, and ensure high standards of

performance, accessibility, and visual quality

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design and development of scalable web applications

using

React.js and Next.js

Actively contribute to

hands-on UI development

while mentoring and guiding the frontend team Own

frontend architecture

, performance optimization, and best practices Collaborate closely with

UX, Product, and Backend teams

to translate requirements into high-quality UI solutions Ensure

pixel-perfect UI

, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG-compliant) Conduct

code reviews

, enforce coding standards, and drive UI quality Guide the team on

modern frontend patterns, performance optimization, and reusable components

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience across devices Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical direction

Required Skills & Experience

4-9+ years

of frontend development experience

Very strong, hands-on expertise

in:

React.js

Next.js

(mandatory) Proven experience in

leading and mentoring UI / frontend teams

Strong knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience building

scalable, component-based architectures

Solid understanding of

responsive design, accessibility, and UI performance

Experience with

state management

(Redux, Context API, etc.) Familiarity with

REST APIs

and integration with backend services Experience with

Git-based version control

and code review processes Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

Experience with

UI performance tuning

and web vitals Knowledge of

SSR / SSG concepts

in Next.js Familiarity with

design systems

and component libraries Experience working in

Agile / Scrum environments

Exposure to

testing frameworks

(Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
