We are seeking an experienced and passionate

UI Developer

specializing in

React.js

to join our agile development team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of professional experience in building highly responsive, scalable, and user-centric web applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of front-end features, ensuring high performance and translating design mockups into quality code.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces for modern web applications using

React.js

and its core principles.

Component Architecture:

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, adhering to best practices in component-based architecture.

State Management:

Implement and manage application state using popular libraries such as

Redux, MobX, or Context API

.

Integration:

Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

Performance:

Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Quality Assurance:

Write unit and integration tests (e.g., using Jest or Enzyme/React Testing Library) to ensure code quality and robustness.

Collaboration:

Work within a cross-functional team (Designers, Product Managers, and other Developers) to deliver an outstanding user experience.

Code Review:

Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least

3 years of dedicated experience in React.js

.

Core Technologies:

Mastery of

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

.

React Ecosystem:

Deep understanding of the React ecosystem, including

Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle

.

State Management:

Proven experience with a popular state management library (

Redux/Redux Toolkit

is a strong preference).

Styling:

Proficiency in modern CSS practices, including pre-processors (

SASS/LESS

), CSS-in-JS (e.g., Styled Components), and experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

Testing:

Experience with testing frameworks like

Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library

.

Version Control:

Strong knowledge of Git and standard development workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred/Bonus Skills

Experience with

TypeScript

. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like

Next.js

or static site generators (SSG). Experience with other modern front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. * Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles.
