ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Deep knowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Knowledge and experience working with A/B testing Good understanding of Optimization / Experimentation tools like Adobe Target, AJO Good understanding / exposure to cross product integration (i.e. Target - AAM, Target - Analytics, AEP - CJA etc..) Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools. Proficient in Tag Management Solutions preferably Adobe Launch Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience Knowledge of Web Analytics is a plus A solid grasp of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices. 6-8 years of software engineering experience Experience working with cross geo partners/teams in delivering solutions Experience in building tools/automation/self-service/simple pages capabilities Good coding experience on frontend technologies involving web based applications. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Ability to communicate and closely partner with colleagues in several different business functions
