Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI Designer

with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality designs that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps. Collaborate with UX designers to transform wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity visual designs. Create UI components, style guides, design systems, and prototypes. Ensure design consistency across products by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. Work with developers to implement designs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and responsiveness. Conduct UI reviews and provide feedback during the development cycle. Stay updated with the latest UI trends, design tools, and technologies. Optimize existing user interface designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years

of professional experience as a UI Designer in a software or IT environment. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects across different platforms (web, mobile, tablet). Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop

. Solid understanding of

responsive design

, grid systems, typography, and color theory. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus. Experience working with

Agile

or

Scrum

teams is desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, or a related field. Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise-level applications. Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
