Role Overview

We're looking for a

UI Designer

with 3-4 years of experience to help design high-quality, scalable user interfaces and experiences for both learners and tutors. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-fidelity mockups, interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web, mobile (responsive UI) and app. Develop and maintain a design system (components, style guides) to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Work with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and usable designs. Perform heuristic evaluations and improve existing UI based on user feedback, analytics, and UX best practices. Stay current with design trends, tools, and methodologies, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of professional experience in UI design Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design, prototypes, and visual design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience building or working with design systems. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate to code is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
