Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI Designer with 7+ years of experience to join our design team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to transform complex concepts into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to define and implement innovative UI solutions.
• Create high-fidelity designs, visual assets, and design systems across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the brand identity and maintain visual consistency.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure UI quality.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the product's UI.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional UI design experience, preferably in product-based or digital-focused environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for complex applications, responsive design, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
