Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior /Mid-Level UI Designer who can independently own UI design deliverables for complex web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, experience working on real-world digital products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, developers, and product teams. You will play a key role in shaping polished,scalable, and user-friendly interfaces across multiple client projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually engaging UI for web and mobile applications (iOS &Android) Convert UX wireframes and product requirements into high-fidelity UI designs Own and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides Ensure visual consistency and quality across platforms and products Collaborate closely with BAs, product managers, and developers Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Support and mentor junior UI designers when required Review UI implementations and ensure design fidelity during development Continuously improve UI quality based on user feedback and business needs Required Skills & Qualifications1 to 6 years of experience as a UI Designer in digital product or software development environments Strong understanding of UI/visual design principles, typography, spacing, color, and layout Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces High proficiency in Figma (preferred) or tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design basics Experience collaborating with front-end and mobile developers Strong attention to detail and quality * Excellent communication and presentation skills
