The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:

• Develop automation test scripts for UI(Web/Desktop/Embedded) applications, hardware platforms and performance testing.
• Develop automation tools/framework used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms.
• Write Test Plan by understanding the Customer Requirement and Functional Specifications of the application.
• Coordinate application releases and effort based on the service request backlog and pending service requests.
• Work with the application development team and QA team to understand the impacts of branches and code merges.
• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
• Preparation of Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Understand the Role-Based Access Control mechanism and validate the access permissions for different users.
• Prepare bug reports and measure the product quality based on industrial standards.
• All other duties assigned by your reporting manager.

What you'll definitely need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
• 4+ years of experience in a QA or release/deployment role
• Understand international software testing standards
• Experience with programming languages(Java)
• Experience in designing, maintaining and improving any test automation frameworks(Data driven ,Keyword driven or Hybrid)
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium,
• Good to have Coded UI, Cucumber, Espresso, as well as load testing tools such as JMeter.
• API (REST/SOAP) automation using any tool/library like SoapUI, Postman, cURL, SOAtest, Rest-Assured, Request etc
• Exposure to any Unit Testing Tools : Junit/TestNG/Mockito/PyTest etc
• Experience in Integration of automation framework with CI/CD pipeline (e.g Jenkins)
• Exposure to any of the development IDE (Eclipse,IDEA,Visual Studio etc)
• Proficient understanding of Source Control software and Code Colfdffflaboration tools (Git, SVN, etc.)
• Familiar with cloud services such as Jira and Azure DevOps in the areas of Project Management and CI/CD
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies (Scrum)
• Passion for engaging stakeholders and building productive relationships
• Good communication, presentation and team playing skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
